In November, we appointed Mrs Sarah Kaye as Oakley School’s first Headteacher. Sarah has a passion, knowledge and commitment to the local area which aligns with the mission of the school to serve its community and be a school that children are proud to call their own.
Mrs Cassie Shirley has been appointed the Deputy Headteacher of Oakley School. Cassie says, “I am passionate about pastoral care and ensuring all young people have the opportunity to be their best.” Read more about her vision for Oakley School below.
Mr Darryl Johnson has been appointed the Head of Year at Oakley School. Darryl says, “The chance to work together with students and parents, developing key values in a school yet to open, is a once-in-a-lifetime prospect.” Read more about his vision for Oakley School below.
Mrs Katie Whitney has been appointed SENCo at Oakley School. Katie says, “My vision is that all pupils, regardless of their starting point or additional needs, will be confident, independent learners that make good progress in all areas.” Read more about her vision.
